Andy Flint, Head of Client Services, ABC Electronic Andy talks about how to really measure your web site stats. This topic covers issues such as measuring return on investment of your website and providing a currency which advertisers can trust. 12.15 Conference Debate - What is success and who decides what counts? Chaired by Philip Buxton, Deputy Editor of Revolution with speaker and delegate panel. Philip poses the question: Is success unique users, revenue generation, greater loyalty, council approval, saving on print, member recruitment and participation? Jeremy has played a leading role in 'reinventing' TRADA, which resulted in a 33% growth in membership over 15 months. He is also responsible for the askTRADA website, which catalysed this success and subsequently won the 2005 MemCom Best Website Award. The Food and Drink Federation won both the MemCom and TAF 2004 Awards. The MemCom Award judging panel felt that the FDF website was an excellent example of how to utilise the internet to manage communications with members - http://www.fdf.org.uk Catherine joined the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) in 2001 as Web Manager with the remit of developing online services and extending the reach to a broad range of audiences.
